Human beings are amazing beings that can do just about anything if they put their minds to it. It is very important that you work hard to reach your dreams. However, it is also equally important that you take a breather once in a while. Running yourself rugged to the ground can make the whole journey towards your goal even more difficult.
Burn out or just about anything that stresses you out, can potentially kill you, albeit slowly but same. It’s like dying but while you’re dying it’s going to hurt so much. Each individual cope in different ways. Some would go to the beach, read a book, bake bread or cake, decorate, chill in the cafe, try a float spa, get a massage, go on vacations and just about anything that would take your fancy.
So, why is it important for an individual to take a breather? Why can’t you just focus on what is going on with yourself and achieve what you want to.
It is actually an easy question to answer, however, it is also a subjective question so, the answer may vary for different individuals. So, in this case, it is important that you keep an open mind about the whole thing.
You never realized how paralyzing anxiety is until you are experiencing it. Anxiety can come up for a number of reasons. This could be because you have too much focus on the bad things, too much focus on the what ifs, and the next thing you know you can’t leave your home because you’re just anxious.

So, it is necessary to take care of our mind set, our body and our work by taking a break from it from time to time. You might be thinking you are wasting precious time by just about doing nothing or taking a break, but you’ll be doing yourself and your passion a disservice when your ideas are not your best ones. So, take a breather and just have fun.
